Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label provided by our system to ensure your return is tracked and processed quickly.

  Pack Your Sneakers

  Place your unworn sneakers back in their original shoebox and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as the items are inspected at our warehouse.
